Description: This is a 35 year old woman who is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 115 lbs, and initially wore a 34B bra. She underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), conservative liposuction of the abdomen, hips, and outter thighs, breast augmentation (under the muscle) with 330 cc saline-filled, smooth, round, moderate profile implants, and bilateral periaerolar mastopexy (breast lift with incisions hidden around the aereola on each side). The patient started with a significant breast assymmetry that was improved with the breast lift and assymmetric filling of the implants. Also note how the hour-glass configuration of the patient's waistline is emphasized by Dr. Goldman's tummy-tuck technique.

Description: This is a 38 year old woman who is 5 feet 4 inches tall, initially weighed 140 lbs and wore a 34B bra. She underwent abdominolasty, liposuction to her abdomen and hips, and breast augmentation with 420 cc smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants filled to 480 cc. The implants were placed using the transumbilical breast augmentation technique, through the tummy-tuck incision, so no scars were placed on the breasts. Note that this patient has a large C-section scar that is removed with the tummy-tuck. Note also that the patient lost about 15 lbs through healthy eating and exercise. Postoperative bra size is 36C.
