She underwent subpectoral placement of 350 cc moderate profile silicone gel implants. Her bra size increased to 36 full-C to small-D. Note her breasts are mildly assymmetric; this improves but is not eliminated with augmentation.

The implants were placed through an inframammary keyhole incision. Postoperatively, the patient wears a 36 D bra. Note that her preexisting breast assymmetry is improved, but cannot be completely eliminated by using slightly different implant pockets and fill volumes. Also note she has mild rippling.

Description: This is a 26 year old woman who had previous breast augmentation elsewhere with a poor aesthetic result. A seccond surgery elsewhere failed to correct the appearance. Dr. Goldman replaced the implants, adjusted the pockets to separate the implants and reconstruct the cleavage. Textured, high profile silicone implants, size 440 cc were used.

Her bra size increased from 36A to 36C. Additional pictures show the normal high position of the implants 5 days after surgery and the well-hidden "keyhole" inframmary incisions. Note that Dr. Goldman is able to correct a mild breast assymmetry through precise, symmetrical placement of the implants.
